An experienced practice nurse supports our treatment room, and it is equipped with up-to-date medical equipment to help our General Practitioners deliver a wide range of routine medical treatments and procedures.
Treatment Room Services
Our treatment room supports a variety of general practice services, including:
- Injections: Administration of prescribed medications and other injections.
- Wound Care and Dressings: Assessment, cleaning, dressing and ongoing management of wounds.
- Immunisations and Vaccinations: Administration of routine childhood and adult vaccinations.
- Electrocardiograms (ECG): Recording the heart's electrical activity to help assess heart health.
- Spirometry: Lung function testing to help assess and monitor respiratory conditions.
- Minor Medical Procedures: Other routine treatments and procedures performed within general practice.

Our practice nurse works closely with our GPs to ensure patients receive appropriate care, clear information and support during their treatment.
