Private and Mixed Billing
Our General Practitioners welcome all patients, including those with or without a Medicare card.
CityNorth Medical Clinic operates a mixed billing system. All doctors can bulk bill eligible Medicare patients.
New Patient Billing (Non-Medicare Patients Only)
All new patients without Medicare are charged standard non-concession rates for their first consultation.
This includes:
- Pensioners
- Concession card holders
- Patients who have not attended the practice in the past 24 months
Children's consultations are included in the fee schedule below. Children will continue to be bulk billed for vaccinations where eligible.

Please note: Medicare rebates are available only to eligible patients for eligible services. Patients without Medicare are generally required to pay the full consultation fee.
Private Fees – Non-MBS Skin and Minor Surgical Procedures
The following procedures are privately billed and are not covered by Medicare under the listed fee arrangements.
All procedure fees include consumables, sterile equipment and dressings.
